March 10, 2026Good service and a solid FBO. The ramp was really busy with airplanes. The receptionist was very nice. A quart of Aeroshell 15W-50 costs $30, so you may want to make sure you don't need to buy oil there.

January 4, 2026CBP / Customs says inbound arrivals need to call (or email [email protected]) at least 24 hours ahead of arrival, and they're closed Sat/Sun. They don't seem to answer the phone from 0930 to 1200 PST since they're processing an international arrival. The VM says they will not respond to email, fax, or VM messages for approval, but then they clarified and said to contact them by email - which contradicts the eApis form instructions.
