April 30, 2025I flew into this airport in a DA40 (single engine 4 seat) for a couple days stay. I went to APP Jet Center. The tie downs were $40 per day plus a one time infrastructure charge $8 and a waived $10 handling charge with 15 gallons or more of fuel. They gave me a ride to the Bart station.

November 28, 2024City tie downs still $6/night, and airport services building is very modern and good. Pilot lounge, flight planning, and very clean and comfortable rest rooms. Building closes at 5pm, so make sure you know how to get in if you need to leave after hours.

APT Lighting Schedule: When atct closed mirl runway 10r/28l preset low intensity; to increase intensity actvt - CTAF. when atct closed vasi runway 10r & 28l oper ss-sr; papi runway 10l & 28r, reil runway 10r & 28l unavbl.
Flocks of birds feeding along the shoreline, creek areas and at the golf course to the north, on occasion may fly across various parts of the airport.

Fuel Types Available: Available at self-serve island.
Multip Engine GA Aircraft: Includes 1 amphibian.
Noise Abatement: All operations shall be conducted from Helipad or Spot Charlie
