March 12, 2026DFW wasn't all that bad in a 36 Bonanza. Expect 17L, then the ER route if you're landing south. Corporate aviation was good, but they had to call somebody to figure out how to turn the 100LL truck around. Expensive ramp fees, of course. Overall, not bad!

April 19, 2024DFW accommodated a piston-single (Cirrus) quite well. Suggest using ZORBA / KEENE for arrival/departure from the south. Plan to maintain speed up (>170kts) until 5 miles from rwy threshold. Expect to change Ground frequencies whenever crossing the bridges.
