We used Stellar Aviation with our Challenger 604 and the service was incredible. I haven't come across service like that in a very very long time anywhere in the US. The line guys were outstanding, really going above and beyond and showing what real service actually is. This is going to be our go-to FBO for the fleet. Keep up the amazing service.

Suggest avoiding the single blanket in the two-seat pilot lounge. It sheds! Looks terrible on dark uniform trousers!

Stellar truly lived up to their names during my weekend trip for a military retirement. They treated me like royalty by offering beverages upon landing and continued the 5 star treatment even though I wasn't buying fuel. Shuttled me back and forth from the casino free of charge. The FBO manager even took the time to step away from a high end client he was taking care of to make sure I was being looked after. Fine facilities and only $20 service fee, plus $15 a night for tie-down. Will be back!

Despite the disorder surrounding the in and out of the Reno Air Races, STELLAR AVIATION lived up to its name, literally. Well organized personnel on both the ramp and inside made the whole situation manageable. As for ATC, particularly GROUND, you folks need some brushing up. Do BETTER!

Flew in to KRNO on 5/24/23 and parked “THE BOSS” at Stellar Aviation. Called ahead and gave STELLAR my arrival time. Also arranged a rental car through GO RENTALS. I was tracked by STELLAR and GO RENTALS. Without getting into a long explanation, all I can say is that the STAFF at STELLAR Aviation, and the STAFF at GO RENTALS, set the standard for what FBO’s ought to be. Service, politeness and expertise: None superior and hardly any as fine!

Stellar is what all fbo's should aim to be. Every single person I came in contact with was professional. They were patient and very informed. Highly suggest.

Coming to Stellar was one of the finest experiences I've had at an FBO in a long time. Every line service member was well trained and knew what they were doing. One stopped fueling to help wing walk our G650. This new ramp is massive and can accommodate any weight of plane. PCN is high enough for a 737-800. The owners work in the FBO and make certain everything is running smoothly

Stellar Aviation is now at their new location on the north end of the ramp, next to the approach end of RWY 17L

Stellar remains stellar! Arrived at night, met immediately by line personnel & found a spot on the ramp. No costs save for ramp and fuel. Will be back!
