Stopped for a few hours: no ramp fee just infrastructure. I did take 20 gal. Kind personnel, no troubles, parked me out front and didnt move.

Confirmed, $40/night ramp charge for small piston single plus $8 infrastructure fee even with gas purchase. This is a considerable boost from $10/night just a few years back. If you do not require 100LL, transient parking at the base of the tower is $6/night.

Very fine individuals, but charges are excessive. As of this writing, $25 handling charge + $25 service charge + $15/night parking for a single engine piston. They might waive some if you buy fuel.

Finest FBO in the Bay. If you’re a single engine pilot like myself, APP will treat you like the jets. Amazing service, modest expenses (free landing, no ramp or handling charges, a few dollars for over night), fine amenities. I flew into oakland for many years and spent so much to save 6 minutes in an Uber? Go to HWD and use APP

All the personnel are rather fine and helpful. And they dont even wish to accept gratuities?!

Fees are excessive at this FBO, they charged 160 USD parking charge for 4 nights for a C182. Even when you purchase fuel, they waive only the handling fee of 15 USD - that is everything.

Good experience all around. Rental car pulled up to plane as i was unloading. Didnt move plane for one tonight stay. Fees are what they are, and are upfront if you call ahead of time. Complimentary drinks, snacks, shower, etc. Fine job APP.

Felt a bit taken advantage of by APP: $100/night to get a tiny single engine 2-seater out of a storm into a hangar. Especially considering that they asked me to taxi it there myself. No flexibility on the cost when inquired. Mostly a good place otherwise. (Pretty sure Meridian across the way offers a more reasonable rate sheet.)

These people are awesome! I used to use Oakland as my gateway to SF or the Oakland area. Hayward is perfect for my 172 and I would not go to any other FBO. No crazy charges, competitive fuel costs and superb service,. Thank you,
