January 20, 2025Very disappointing. The personnel was amazing, very friendly helpful and accommodating. The added charges are insane. Someone was landing at 11 pm we were landing at 10 they billed 350$. We also got tie downs for 2 nights and they charged us a ramp fee even though we got over 25 gallons of fuel. We had to battle our way out of a no 24 hour call charge of an additional 350$. Our total for a single engine piston was 620$ for 2 nights, 25 gallons of fuel.

Caution: open baggage bays & const within terminal ramp area. aircrews use minimum thrust settings in these areas, spcly durg single eng taxi. cross-bleed starts only allowed aft reaching the tug release point.
Dep - aircraft must obtain apvl from gnd ctl prior to pushback from gates b7, b9, c8, c9, d9 and d11. pilots advise tug oprs that you have obtained clnc from gnd ctl prior to entering taxiway g.
Designated Customs Landing: Us customs user fee airport.
