PrivateSky® Aviation Services, Inc. at Southwest Florida International Pilot ReviewsOverall Rating:

$95 landing fee!!! For a single-engine piston plane. And they're the only FBO on the field. That should be illegal. It's a monopoly, not an FBO. The staff is rude too, and 100LL is $10/g. You have to by 20 gallons just to get the ramp fee waived. Completely ridiculous!!!

After reading the newest reviews I was quite doubtful to fly into RSW in my single piston. But I needed to drop off a passenger to collect a car parked in long term parking on the airline side. Lexi Davis and the remainder of the personnel could not have treated me better! They waived the facility fee with a minimum purchase of 25 gallons of fuel. Thank you PrivateSky!

Stay far away from this location. We had an engine emergency and landed here without knowing how unfriendly to piston aircraft they would be. They have zero on field A&Ps. They parked us half a mile away from their fbo requiring me to call for transport back and forth as I fixed my airplane. Required me to call the fbo manager to ask permission to work on my own airplane (experimental). Was generally unhelpful to us all day and to top it all off had the nerve to charge us $109 for all that hassle.

The personnel at privatesky were absolutely amazing. From being met plane side with the rental car all the way to the desk at FBO. Whatever happened in the past is in the past. Today they went above and beyond in service and caring for their patrons. Thanks and will be back

Worst FBO in the nation! Absolutely.

Friendly FBO, looks pretty fresh, and the ramp is a good size

Landing fee runs $95. They’ll waive it if you buy a certain amount of gas. The FBO is just okay, not the usual free snacks and drinks laid out on a table. Water is free if you ask for it. Felt like I was treated a little lesser because I’m in a prop plane, or maybe it’s just a below average FBO overall. I’d go somewhere else next time.

Worst FBO in FL. People who work here are pleasant but the owner manager doesn't know the meaning of "serve". Only corporate jet on the ramp and they, by the owners request, moved us to the back forty. Elderly pax mid day in the heat had to walk way too far. GA beware of this monopoly on the field. Go to FMY. There's a reason we were the only plane on the ramp.

I concur one hundred percent with the comments here. You are better off going to Page Field (FMY). Rudest, most unhelpful customer service. Terrible attitudes. Super mid corporate jet captain here

Not a location I would stop at unless it was an emergency. Client support is poor and charges are excessive, even for a light piston trainer.
