December 19, 2023Used to be a fine FBO until Signature took over. Clearing customs you previously got the facility fee waived. Nope, not on Signature's watch. If you touch their ramp on a Bills game Sunday, $200 event fee. Even if you've been there since Thursday and depart four hours before the game begins. Signature--"We're not happy until you're not happy!" At least Pam is still present!

December 6, 2023Went thru customs here and wasn't charged anything. Maybe that is because I bought $200 of fuel, but I needed the fuel regardless.
