We flew in from Iceland Greenland Canada to clear customs in Buffalo today. We went to Signature Aviation. The front desk gal named Pam was superb to deal with. Efficient kind and we were able to clear customs easily and take off to our final destination. Thanks so much again to Pam for being such a wonderful representative for Signature

Good experience. Flew in Sept 2023 in my Cessna Cardinal to get my passport renewed downtown. The manager permitted me to use the crew car all day instead of needing to get an Uber. The line staff, desk agents and everybody was cordial and went above and beyond to make it a fine experience.

Absolutely hammered on handling fee of $89 just to clear customs with PA-30 Twin Comanche. Very unimpressed.

Good experience on two separate overnights this month. The only thing they could enhance is serving Buffalo wings in the pilots' lounge.

I had left my prescription glasses on a G450. Another crew had taken overseas and was planning to fly back into Buffalo. I contacted the front desk initially talked to Dan who put me in touch with Kristina Yerger who never missed a beat. She got a hold of me within 15 minutes. Had my glasses in her hand. Got my information and shipped it. FedEx to be delivered at my doorstep the next day. I very much appreciate the follow-through and the care that she took along with Dan. Thank you, Kristina

Very friendly and helpful personnel. Angel was especially helpful bringing us to the terminal to get our rental car National failed to deliver.

Flew in for a couple of days to see the Falls and have some wings. Ed marshaled us in and provided good service. The personnel was very kind and helpful including getting us to the terminal to pick up our rental car. The handling fee was waived with our fuel purchase. We had a fine experience and won’t hesitate to return.

This FBO is one word, awful. Came here for a stop that was about 12mins and 10gal of fuel in a DA42 and they gave me an $89 handling fee. Very unimpressed to say the least.
