This may be the best FBO I've visited. They were there to greet me after landing and everybody was really friendly. CAA is a huge plus.

Same consistent service as last time. You don't get feed to death as long as you take a sensible amount of fuel. Looking forward to coming here again to visit family.

Thrilled Penastar kept the CAA account. They are THE finest and the on-site cafe makes for an easy, quick stop. Can't go wrong with Penastar.

One of the finest FBO’s out there, superb friendly service, fair fuel costs, no concealed charges, ramp parking was complimentary, fine facilities fully stocked. Kathy is wonderful! Even made me a sandwich on the way out to my next destination. Will come back and highly suggested.

Two linemen met us when we arrived and helped get the pax and bags unloaded. I gave them the fuel order, told them to fuel us that day, and provided our online time for the following morning. I also repeated the fuel order, same-day fueling instructions, online time, and GPU request to the CSR at the front desk. The next morning, we discovered the aircraft had not been fueled, and there was no record that a GPU had been requested. CAA pricing is good, but when things are slow, the service still can't slack.

Pentastar is first rate. Efficient ground crew. Well stocked beverages. Good they are C.A.A. front desk couldn't have been more helpful.

Pentastar is awesome. Called the day before i arrived and they secured an enterprise rental car. Upon landing, line guys were on the ramp waiting and the car showed up with A/C on full. Inside is fine, with a cooler of soda and ice cream, on top of the obvious water/coffee/etc. Wish everywhere could be at this level. Fuel is a bit more costly than others on the field, but more than worth it.

This is the finest FBO I’ve ever visited and I’ve been to many, both in multi-million dollar jets and my own personal single engine plane. The whole ramp came out to meet my aircraft and brought a luggage cart to wheel all our bags inside to wait for our transportation. The front desk was super fine. The amenities were plentiful and the facilities were spotless. Even my aunt and uncle who have never been to an FBO before were impressed with the facility and kindness of all the staff, and that signifies a lot to me since they are my dear family. They really took superb care of my plane by sheltering it with a nasty thunderstorm incoming. Luckily my family lives close to this FBO so I will be looking forward to spending more time here. This is the standard of which other FBO’s should be measured. Thanks again! davetwo4
