We flew in from Houston on December 29th, got there early, and the service at reception was NONEXISTENT. Awful handling, as if they were doing us a favor. The degree of welcome an FBO ought to give must be considerably better, and the lady at the front desk had a poor disposition. They feature a display case with things available for purchase. I wished to acquire a pin, but she was unable to sell it to me since it lacked a cost. If you are able to skip visiting there, please do so.

I called a week before to give the FBO a heads up we were arriving and to arrange a rental car. When we got there they did not have car available under my name. This created a scramble but we ultimately got a car. They were not especially welcoming at the desk. I pumped 53 gallons before departing and they still billed me $60/night for ramp fee with no tiedowns. Maybe check one of the other FBO's next visit. - Curt M.

Excellent FBO! Customer service oriented FBO. Assisted with finding repair company to update a database issue. Additionally, Melissa (OPS MGR) assisted in aircraft catering storage and minor cleanup, as CA was not assigned and catering arriving late to aircraft. OPS Staff and Line Staff at Maven by Midfield get 5 STARS from this GIV Crew. Bravo Zulu.

We arrived for a single night to depart the following morning in our Citation Bravo. Because of very cold conditions, we chose to hangar the plane overnight. On our leaving day, un-forecasted snow started falling which made us postpone the departure. A gap in the weather appeared allowing us to leave. With light snow still falling, the crew pulled the plane out of the hangar, promptly fueled the aircraft and we were able to start engines and get going. Awesome staff and very accommodating. Five stars!

Fine facility and welcoming personnel. Overnight ramp charge is $30 for SE Piston I will return; they were a good aid and had the car waiting for me on the ramp.

We visit PTK often. Maven crew is one of the finest out there. Just stopped in, day after Christmas, following a recent blizzard. Pax coming thru the gate as we pull up. Couple dozen bags and 8 pax. Top off fuel, coffee, lav service was all done before we were ready to depart. Line crew handled all the bags. That’s how a fast turn is done. Exceptional customer service always. I never worry going to PTK because I know for a fact Maven is on point every time or they make it right in the rare occasions “stuff” occurs.
