Twice in my last 2 tries, nobody picked up the phone during normal business hours. Not really sure what’s going on, I’ve had good service there before.

Just like other folks mention, this facility is good all around and the fuel is inexpensive for this standard of airport. Its spot on the field is quite handy too.

Dave and his crew have been providing service for my plane for the past 3 years. They’ve always provided prompt, professional, and kind support. We are fortunate to have such a personable and cost efficient FBO on site at KPTK!

Do not go anywhere else if you must fly in to Oakland County Airport. They had a fine selection of candy at the front desk, including Reese's cups. Fuel was inexpensive and we park the plane for two nights without any problems. Restrooms were tidy and professional, and there was a well stocked vending machine.

I flew in for a brief weekend visit & couldn’t be happier with the assistance received. Really fine, supportive personnel. Temps got below freezing the night before I departed. So I called Elite Jet & they had someone go out to plug in the engine heater overnight, no issue. I’ll be planning to use them each time I visit the area.

Very nice people managed our Pilatus with good attention. Affordable fuel and suitable crew vehicle to get lunch. They even mailed my spectacles back after I left them on the counter. Strongly suggest.
