Staff were friendly and the facility was nice, but the service options are really limited. No crew car, no rental car on site, and the FBO won’t help with setting up rentals or even give recommendations. The rental car place is over by the main terminal, across the field, and there’s no courtesy transportation either. For an airport the size of Myrtle Beach, it’s kind of surprising how little basic pilot support there is. A more professional FBO operator could probably do a much better job with service and efficiency.

Arrived in a Cardinal. Got top notch service from the FBO. No fees or anything. They let us use the car to get the pax over to the terminal on the other side of the airport. Beautiful FBO and pleasant staff.

First-class example of what a GA FBO ought to be aiming for. The facilities and ramp are welcoming and clean, and the place is staffed by capable people who actually seem to enjoy what they do. I stop at Myrtle Beach Aviation on my yearly trips south, and I'm always impressed with the folks there and the fuel price, plus the excellent service.
