June 4, 2026The transient tiedowns sit at the tower base, right before Western Aviation. There are only around 5 spots now, and sadly they leave your tail pointed toward the commercial ramp. Definitely bring those gust locks! $7 per night if you're staying.

May 3, 2026While parked in transient, jet blast from an American Airlines airliner sitting at idle nearly sent my Citabria flying, and it took two of us to keep it on the ground. Because the transient spots face tail-on toward the airline terminal, aircraft parked there are exposed to possible rudder damage from jet blast.
