Just found out the manager decided their line guys aren't qualified to use GPUs with small planes after they have been doing it for years. So call other FBOs if you need someone for a small plane jump.

Lovely folks and a fine facility. However, one night of parking for a piston single (even with fuel purchase) was $115. Much more than double the rate last time I visited and truly usurious. See you again never.

Awful service. Took them sixty minutes to permit us out to our plane. Steer clear.

41 dollars for Cirrus SR22 7 dollars/County charge. The 41 dollar fee is waived with purchase of 10 gallons of fuel.

Late night divert to VNY for weather at SMO in an SR20. Signature West was the sole FBO we could reach that had parking accessible. The line personnel were good and the staff at the reception area were fine... but the cost for the overnight stay was $180 plus a $30 handling charge. The $30 handling charge was excused with purchase of 10 gallons 100LL. Totally wild pricing for a single piston airplane, but sadly we did not have an option.

My experience was exceptional. Saturday morning, 9:45 am. Line person came running out to direct me. He chocked the plane and asked what SVCS I might want. I asked for fuel, and the truck arrived and I was fueled before the bags were out of the plane. Inside the desk personnel were super friendly, and the facility is quite fine. acclawson

Had to pick up my daughter - there is not a terminal at this airport so she chose to be picked up at Signature - was on the ground for 5 min to collect her - $48. I felt that it was excessive - will avoid Signature like the plague.

Consistently worst service. Will use any other FBO for our fleet can’t get any services in less then an hour for being such a busy pvt airport this has to be the worse signature
