Came to collect someone at the terminal. Wanted to avoid charges at Atlantic. Willing to purchase fuel and trade for courtesy car, but could not take over 10 gallons. Courtesy car was not available and was quoted a 35 ramp fee unless I bought 20 gallons. Paid ramp fee without fuel purchase. Passenger had to UBER over. Should have just gone to Atlantic. By the way, had to park myself there were no rampers to park me, he was "in the restroom"

Friendly people at Sparks took care of me for a quick turn. Wanda's, the eatery adjacent to the FBO, was reasonable, fast, and tasty!

Flew in on a Monday morning. Controllers were good. Went to Evelyns, the restaurant on the field. The food was 3 out of 5 props. The service was 2 out of 5 props. Probably won’t go there again but it was a fine flight. I parked at Sparks Aviation. They were great! I would use them again if I came to Tulsa.
