Stopped here today and the personnel were super friendly and helpful! Not much there as the inside is still under construction, but there's a restroom you can use at least! Fuel purchase (self serve or the truck) waives the parking fee. Crew car is available! Good experience, would highly recommend if you just need a place to park and want to grab a bite to eat or something! Definitely the spot to go for the piston GA guys!

In SRQ for a wedding in our Cirrus. A bit surprised to discover that you truly could not go inside the FBO. It is under construction but was informed that they were managing hangar damage repairs for renters so no definite date on when facility will be fixed. Restrooms were accessible but needed to wait in the parking lot for our Uber instead of inside. Rick was very fine as was Ethan on Sunday and one other lineman assisted us with our items with the golf cart. Overnight charge was correct. It was not excused for first night as the listing suggests even I purchased 20 gallons…so $10/night. They did excuse the $40 facility cost that isn’t even shown in the costs that could locate. I said thank goodness because the facilities were quite unusable lol. All in all, personnel were great, hopefully the facility will be repaired next visit. I’d be willing to park at Atlantic south and pay the fuel surcharge next time until this one is fixed.

Self service not always functioning. FBO has been shut down for over a year from storm. Fuel costs highest in area. Hangar charges have tripled. I will mention they do have a welcoming and useful personnel at the north terminal!!

Staff was as helpful and accommodating as could be. Pretty much mayhem as lobby is shut down for hurricane reconstruction and nobody at a desk. Phone just forwarded to lineman, if he is there. Still, helpful as can be. We did have to get South FBO to come let us in during holiday as we were locked outside the gate away from our plane outside “regular hours.” ALSO, 100LL self serve is not the 3 big tanks if you look on the aerial map, but the tiny station just SOUTH of them. This is NW of the tie downs taxi ways and East of the hanger. It did not take my clubs Titan card or club credit card, but did take my personal credit card. Much cheaper that way.
