Came in Monday night ahead of the Hurricane and the team at Atlantic, amid the chaos, was fantastic! Really appreciate the line team for their hustle under lots of pressure! Also much appreciation to the young lady behind the counter. She was the proverbial calm before the storm handling the desk. Good work all around with a fine manager. Atlantic should be proud of this location for sure!

I used to fly in and out of Retrix for 2-1/2 years, Monday through Thursday after Covid I moved back to central Florida so I haven’t been back since the middle of 2020. I assume they have been bought by Atlantic Aviation now. They terminated a good General Manager and have made a lot of adjustments. The first thing was the disposition the line personnel had towards us. They didn’t approach us or show us where to park. I heard them over the radio asking “what we wanted” (with a bad attitude). I was there with my family (5 of us). We were going to utilize the crew car to grab dinner with friends and we were told the crew car is only for 1 hour or less. This previously was 2 hours. They also told me they couldn’t fuel our plane because it was too late. We showed up at 730pm on a Friday. Really let down and we will never return to this FBO. Dolphin here we come. I don’t usually post comments but I have never had these problems with other FBOs so I wanted everyone to know to avoid this FBO!

Several flights thru Rectrix in the past two weeks…. Quick, polite and fine service. Parking is somewhat limited and unusual, but, line directors are on top of things. CAA is a huge Plus! Mary, Front Desk, very helpful and friendly. Highly suggest RECTRIX at SRQ.

Atlantic was very friendly and welcoming. A crew car was available.

Highest fuel in area. Non functioning at north ramp. Tripled the hangar fees. Basically no services other than pull in and out if in community hangar. I will say staff at North ramp are good!!

If you need 100LL go to Atlantic Aviation North. No Avgas on this apron.

We had to hang out at Ross all day after a super early flight. Crew lounge not comfortable. Way way too bright to get any rest. Too many big windows without any effective shades. No proper recliners. Just cheap leather office chairs with ottomans. No quiet room. Very disappointing. Will look for other FBO or nearby airport options next time.

Good service and C.A.A. fuel pricing. Cookies are a fine bonus
