Thumbs up for these folks. A36...commercial pax pickup, so it was just a short stop. Facility fee waived with a 10 gal. purchase, ZERO security fee (unlike the other two on the field), free crew car for up to an hour...and really nice people. Oh, BTW -- closest to the main terminal. Was a great pick & kudos to Ascension (former Dolphin)!

July 25 - 26, 2025 Very welcoming and capable operation. Ramp personnel were fast to marshal and supply prompt fuel, and the line assistance was expert throughout. The building is tidy, pleasant, and well-stocked, with a fine pilot lounge. Charges were fair and plainly detailed, and fuel cost was comparable for the region. In summary, a sound experience and a simple selection when arriving at Sarasota.

Modern professional operation, fairly valued. We paid a $30 ramp fee for a light twin, which was less than half of what we were charged at the other FBO. This facility has multiple large TVs in front of comfortable leather couches and chairs. There is self serve coffee. The bathroom stalls have showers. We were met immediately on arrival by a ramp attendant, then greeted by a very nice lady as soon as we walked into the well air conditioned FBO. At the other FBO we had to park ourself.

Not recommended. Arrived and inquired if we could get a 2 minute ride to the Ringling musesum. Desk staff looked at us like we had two heads. Ended up securing a car for $90 to drive the two minutes as we could not wait the 20 minutes for an uber without missing out tour time. This is the second occasion I've been here and both times the desk staff had an unfriendly vibe, even though we are CAA and purchased fuel. Will attempt another fbo next time and will certainly vote against CAA renewal

Friendly, professional and efficient service. Good facilities. Was charged $7.00 per gallon for 100LL which waived the ramp fee. $30 per night for overnight parking (PA-32). While fees were anticipated they are not disclosed on either ForeFlight or their website, so hopefully this will assist someone.

Reviews on here are shocking to me. We have come in and out several times over the past three months in a BE-20 and had nothing but superb customer service and attention. CSR team and linemen have been very helpful and turned us quickly on multiple occasions without problems.

Good experience with Dolphin today in a piston single. Line person came right over to park me, customer support was fine at the counter both arriving and leaving. Facility was pleasant with a warm, inviting modern feel that was a welcome change from the "sterile luxury" feel of the major chains. Fuel request was accurate.

Stopped at Dolphin to drop off a passenger and refuel my SR22. Linemen were good and got me on my way quickly on a busy Friday. Overall, a very fine experience.
