February 28, 2024The personnel was impolite, unconcerned about customer service, and sadly, I have not gotten any acceptable service from them across the last two days. the FBO experience has been disheartening. Upon arrival, I was told that they do not supply crew cars for private owner planes, which I think is unfair. The personnel shows attitude problems and is missing proper etiquette. I will not be taking my business to this location because of these completely absurd conditions.
