Don't trust the fuel pricing via Foreflight as I was informed by the FBO management that they don't utilize Foreflight so they don't refresh it. Phone or use an alternate source for your fuel shopping.

Flew in today asked to have my cirrus filled up. VERY fine line guys. The lady in the FBO was a sweetheart and said she'd take care of it. I told her I'd be back in 4 hours. Arrived 4 hours later was not filled up and no offer of an apology from the young man at the front desk, and really didn't give a crap. No food, snacks, water. Didn't pull the plane up. Didn't remove tank covers. Big mess. You missed a chance. An apology and some good ole customer service goes a long way.

Flew into Houston for a week with family. Called a few days ahead to get some details about Sugar land. The personnel there was very helpful and even arranged our rental for a late arrival on Sunday. Really Fine FBO and good amenities! Everyone there were quite cordial and helpful. We'll certainly use them again.
