Wow. $215 for a Lav "service"; unbelievable. For that you can secure the panel correctly, wipe it down, check with crew before departing and perhaps smile? Sorry but that is shocking.

CJ4. Awful service at a terrible cost. Called ahead for pullout at 9am with GPU. Plane was not online. No GPU staged. Charged us out the wazoo for overnight parking despite taking 350 gal. Light rain and refused us an umbrella, did not offer to drive us on a cart, pax had to walk across the entire tarmac in the rain to get to the plane because it was not even pulled out. It was not even busy. No planes came in in the hour we were there. We were 1 of only 2 planes preparing to depart.

Currently, as of 3/6/26, the UNICOM frequency 128.975 is down and being worked on so it can be brought back into service. - Signature South Ramp

Visited last week and they added a 265 lav service when it was not asked for or received. Landed today and they added another $265 lav service on when not asked for or received. Not sure what is happening here, but it's very upsetting they are adding charges to invoices that were not requested.

We were running late and needed a quick turn with fuel top off on all 4 tanks. The fuel team would make NASCAR proud. Polite, efficient, and professional. The team behind the desk were also superb and processed us quickly! Outstanding FBO.
