Jet Aviation at Palm Beach International Pilot ReviewsOverall Rating:

December 23, 2025Kathy is our hero! The front desk crew was great. It was a busy place, and they still went the extra mile for us.

May 7, 2024Line staff aren't very welcoming or helpful. We had asked for parking near the door, because of elderly passengers, and Jet made us park across the apron. Line staff declined to give a name.

March 25, 2024Cheapest fuel at Palm Beach good service, and fine people highly suggested

December 13, 2023Used to be good but now not allowing plane side pickups even if the driver is a Commercial pilot and TWIC card holder. We'll be moving our business elsewhere and recommending our friends to do the same.

February 19, 2023Stopped in a few days ago. One of your line personnel Richard did a superb job for us. Got everything we requested promptly and correctly. Give him a raise.

October 20, 2025This is the worst fbo! They cant seem to get anything done promptly. We are an hour late departing and still waiting for fuel and a gpu.

April 17, 2024Stopped in here to drop off passengers on a quick turn and it was so disorganized it took over an hour to get fuel. Picked people back up three days later and it took them an hour again to pump 300 gallons. Do not stop here if you need a quick turn and they won't get my CAA vote.

January 2, 2024Flew in a Baron for overnight stay. $15 landing fee, $10 security fee, $95 overnight fee. Service was typical for the usual "just get the job done mentality" but not impolite...

December 4, 2021Definitely call ahead. All charges are not listed. For me fly in for lunch and park for 2 hours it would cost me 200 dollars. 15 dollar landing charge…..which listed says it’s 1.95 per 1000 lbs….I’m flying a C-182 so I don’t know how they get 15 1.95 x 2.7= 5.26 185 dollar handling charge. For a whole two hours. Unless I purchase 10 gallons of fuel at 8.67 a gallon.
