No line service to park us or chock us. No line service at all. Only a CSR to charge us $2,104 for a quick turn w/ no services.

The crew is not authorized to escort passengers to the plane without line personnel observing the group.

I was a patron for 20 years. All was fine. Then a new GM arrived and has mistreated me and ruined a 20 year relationship. My efforts to voice concerns to senior management were overlooked. Telephone calls went unanswered. So, I went from a pleased patron to an unhappy patron due to this company choice to engage in price gouging, in my view and apathy by senior management. Now? I steer clear of Atlantic Aviation everywhere. Too bad because I appreciated their staff.

Was today with Atlantic aviation, Twin Comanche PA 30. Talked before by phone with Chris about lending fee and decided to use their service. Was quite busy today, because Air Force one was expected and later on TRA became active. Ramp guys showed immediately up and parked me almost right in front of the FBO. Just picked up one passenger and departed again.. Operation was totally smooth and everyone was very cordial. Would recommend Atlantic aviation.

Gas prices are exorbitant, the service was slow and the FBO doesn't really cater to small GA pilots. Vending machines and small pilots lounge.

Parking charges apply for piston engine craft solely. Turbine tariffs stand at $130 each night on the ramp.
