Extremely frustrating experience here. Flew in last evening in a Citation M2 for Taylor Swift. The lineman was told 3 times we will be departing at midnight and need to be parked into the wind. Even had him repeat it verbally because of problems in the past. We arrive there at 12:15 am. The wind is precisely the same as when we landed, parked with a tailwind. 45 min. later we are still waiting for them to reposition the plane. You could tell the 1 fellow on duty after midnight could care less. Infuriating

I've visited Signature in KOPF a couple of times in the past 6 months and I couldn't be more pleased. They don't overcharge like in other FBO's , superb customer service and dependable line personnel, would suggest 100%.

On 27 Nov. 22, I dropped off an Angel Flight passenger and his mother. Monday I found out that my left main tire was flat. The plane tied down beside me had a flat right main tire. Ascenndas Aerospace Group swapped the tire and tube, but the task took 24 hours and I was charged: $889.29. The pilot with the flat tire next to mine, was charged over $800.00. Heads up….Just the facts.

Their lightning ramp closure policy is ridiculously stupid. They refused to fuel us for 45 minutes in clear air then fueled the plane in the driving rain. Delayed our departure by 45 minutes and caused us problems further up the road.

This is a fine FBO. But man...it can take a LONG time to fill up a plane with fuel. I came out to fly today renting a plane for 6 hours so I could fly to Key West for lunch. I called for a fuel truck first thing. They said there were 3 planes ahead of me, expect 35-40 min. After the time expired, I asked for an update. 20 min. Eventually they stopped answering my calls. After more than 2 and a half hours of waiting for fuel, I cancelled the flight and went home. Shame to waste a beautiful day.

We flew in to drop some friends off in a Cessna 310 for a cruise. They charged an $88 landing fee. We inquired about overnights for a cruise we have coming up and they stated $95 a night. Next door at Atlantic it is $67 landing and $25 a night. I think we are Atlantic customers for our cruise.

Asked on UNICOM for line to marshal us to a parking, waited about 10 minutes didn't see anybody showing up so we went to a nearest empty spot. Went out for supper for more than an hour, fuel order is still not in by the time we returned so going to wait another 20 minutes.

Unfortunately we cannot suggest this FBO. They moved our planes from where they told us to park and the next day could not locate them. When we inquired where they were both women just shrugged and continued with their (more vital) work. We needed to walk around the ramp pulling bags searching for our planes. Also rather a costly overnight stay. You can locate more affordable and MUCH superior service elsewhere
