5/5 stars for Atlantic Aviation at Opa Locka (OPF)! Jailen Menendez was a lifesaver when my return flight was delayed by destination airport closure. She swiftly arranged an overnight stay in a comfy crew room and recommended Molina's Ranch Restaurant (4090 NW 207th St, Miami Gardens). Staff always friendly & efficient on every visit. Jailen exemplifies top-tier service—proactive, warm, handles curveballs seamlessly. Gold standard for South Florida private aviation. Thanks, team!

We stayed there in the winter for 7 years until Management changed, we started getting high charges and poor service, we were waiting for fuel 40 minutes to an hour. So we needed to depart. Then they got our food delivery by mistake. And they send us a bill for $2,148 just to hand us the food. It's a rip off.

First time flying into Atlantic at OPF in a Cessna 182T. Good facilities and everybody was quite pleasant and helpful! Met the GM (Juan) on our departure and he runs a fine FBO. Shall return anytime Im in Miami. Also tower and ground were simple to work with especially when I got a little confused on the taxiways. They were very kind about it and got me back on track.

Flew a Warrior in on 2/23 for an overnight stay.I phoned all 3 FBOs a week prior to inquire about charges.Atlantic is by far the least costly & I strongly suggest them for their good service!I was marshaled in by a pleasant fellow who chocked my plane.A fuel truck instantly pulled up asking if I needed a top off. Then a van arrived to drive us to the FBO.This all occurred in about 5min.The woman at the front desk was fine.FBO is spotless. Fees: Facility:$38 (waived with 11gal), Overnight:$17, Security:$10.

I inquired about the charge to collect a passenger in a small single engine piston and was informed it amounts to around $50.

I have gone here twice in the past two months in my A36 and everything has been superb. No over charges, fuel was always correct, plane was always prepared to go when I returned. Going back again this week.

Quoted fees in a Bonanza for dropping a pax: $10 security + $40 handling (waived with 15 gallon purchase).

I felt like the charges were well within reason for this being Miami in a 172. It just seemed like for the personnel I was being an imposition to them. I waited at the ramp with no one guiding me in, so I called the FBO on the radio. After a couple minutes someone finally came out and directed me to park. I asked him if they had any tie downs and he said no. The staff seemed like I was troubling them asking for a ride to my plane with luggage on Sunday when departing.
