The line personnel and front desk were all professional. Affordable fuel and good facility. The only problem which has nothing to do with their service is they want me to purchase 500 gallons of fuel to obtain a free shirt, my plane can only hold 703 gallons. So the only way I can get a shirt is to arrive with under 1000lbs of fuel and fill up with a plane full of passengers. They should revise the amounts for different kinds of aircraft. This rests on management not the folks at the front.

We visited Fontainebleau FBO today. Their staffing levels were sufficient to get us a quick turn. Very fine facilities and very competitive CAA pricing. As long as they maintain CAA Preferred status we will be back!

It's a fine FBO, but we were unable to get a GPU even though I requested it a week prior to our trip for departure. Prices are good though, but they could work on GPU availability.

We visited Fontainebleau Aviation again this week. As before the service as well as the fuel costs and overnight fees were superb.

$195 to park a 210 overnight. Good facility and cordial service. BUT WOW.

Visited this fbo last Sunday. Needed about 300 gallons of fuel and was heading right back out. Line guy said we were next to be fueled. Over 1 hour later we were finally fueled. Then had to wait another 15 minutes for the fueler to report our gallons to the front desk. Nice facility, but very slow service.

Fountain Blue charged a $695 event charge for Formula 1. No advance notice was provided when pre arrival alert was sent. We were not present for Formula 1 either. Wish they could have shared that prior.

Stopped in with a king air. Clients had 5 hour long meeting. Went to get crew car for lunch and was told the ONE crew car was checked out for two hours and had another waiting after that. A fancy place like this with only one car? Well dang I guess the crews are mostly stranded then.

Beautiful facility, friendly and efficient front desk, BUT, we phoned 3 hours before, phoned taxing in, informed the fueler our order deplaning and then waited 1:10 before the truck arrived at the plane. Then it took the fueler over 20 minutes to pump 180 gallons onboard. It's no wonder it took an hour and a half if they cannot figure out how to pump more than 9 gallons a minute. That is just absurd and appears more like a management issue than anything else.

I cannot express enough positive comments about Fontainebleau Aviation. The facility was extremely fine with lots of ramp area. Pre-trip discussion with the FBO was superb and the assistance we got while present was exceptional. Fuel costs were the top on airport by far and the overnight ramp fee was quite sensible.
