January 2, 2026After a week of extensive scientific research (7 fuel stops) we found that Okeechobee County Airport is most certainly a smoker friendly airport with good fuel prices. Highly recommend, also for breakfast. I'm just a cool guy who loves to fly!

November 30, 2025Good airport! We had a flat tire after arrival a few weeks ago, and I made a call on UNICOM that we were disabled on the taxiway. Before we had even climbed out of the plane, airport ops and a mechanic arrived at the aircraft. Within an hour and a half, the guys at Aircraft Maintenance Specialists had replaced the tube (while we had lunch) and had us on our way. Cannot recommend this airport highly enough! - Nardi, 2.
