March 5, 2026Stopped in for a fuel stop and it turned into a pretty major maintenance issue. Signature was outstanding and helped us get the support we needed. The folks at SureFlight really came through and pulled us out of a jam. We grabbed a bite at the Hungry Pilot and were very impressed with the food and the friendly staff. By the time we finished our meal, SureFlight had called and had the airplane ready to go. A great experience for something that otherwise could've been a nightmare.

September 11, 2025Signatures line crew showed us where to park and waived charges when we went to the restaurant. Everyone was so kind--they opened a few mins for us--11am opening. There are picnic tables outside with umbrellas--in case you want room for kids/dogs. The food was fine--lots of variety in selections. And I left my purse at the table and the waitress came running out to the plane-- Just a superb place to go for the $100 burger. And watch the Citations tool around.

June 17, 2025The Hungry Pilot has some really good meals. Signature is the FBO, but they waive all charges if you're dining at the eatery.
