The only downside to this airport is there is no FBO or pilot lounge. But there is a restroom that is conveniently located. Extremely well maintained grass runway. Although in the winter, I tried to avoid operating out of here as it gets a little soft. But when it's dry, I've seen bonanzas and a baron operate out of here. I may be bias since I instructed out of here, but the management has always been a pleasure to work with.

Good field gentle bowl shape runway length but super smooth. Fine enough for a Mooney!

Beautifully curated, field of dreams vibe. Rising terrain to the southwest could be a factor if hot and heavy.
