Leesburg Practice Area is west of the airport between KOKV and KMRB. Practice area CTAF 122.85

Been coming to PROJET aviation for several years. Staff, gym, coffee and tea set,up, and service were always good and appreciated. It has been several months since it became Kuhn and I'm ready to comment. Increased fees and minimums , lack luster service (line did great), old coffee and no tea (0830), gym is gone, etc. Other comments indicate the opposite of this experience, but are prior to the change/older. If things don't improve , might work on getting the company to go back to IAD.

This is a first class facility staffed with conscientious, helpful and professional personnel. From the office staff that arranged our rental car (crew rates, people!) and directed us to good eating spots to the line guys who met us, brought the car over and assisted close up the plane...all first class. Fuel costs are not the lowest but are competitive. Buy 10/waive fee. Perfect entry point for Wolf Trap concerts.
