I had a very fine experience here staying overnight in a piston single. The personnel was courteous and helpful, lounge/amenities are good. They were also diligent in locating an outdoor outlet so that we could plug in the engine preheater for a few hours pre-departure in winter temperatures.

Just want to give a shout out to Signature east your line service guys did a superb job on a busy day! Flying thru White Plains over the holidays is a tough experience for everyone, but this year we went thru four different days and each time Signature East took very good care of us. Thank you.

Worst experience I had with an FBO. Landed at Westchester airport in a Robinson R44 helicopter. Taxied to Signature West only to be told that they could not let me park for 2 hours, even though I needed a top off of at least 30 gallons of Avgas. They were rude to boot. Luckily, Million Air FBO next door had no issue accommodating me, including a Mercedes courtesy car. They were all smiles. If you are a GA pilot, keep clear of Signature West. They do not want to deal with you

No big issues but the ground crew seems quite careless and reckless, just need to watch out after them every time they touch something like fuel panel, lavatory and so on. Can't rely on them

Signature West is dependably inconsistent and the line service staff are awful. I have been flying thru here for several years and with different firms and the one thing I can count on is that my day is going to be needlessly hard when I visit Sig-West. The ramp could be vacant and I still have to inform no less than 4 different line guys what I require and it still takes ages to get it. My preferred is on the infrequent occasion that a marshaller came out as we were starting engines, looked everywhere but at us so he missed any signals we gave him, than just walked off after only standing there for under 2 minutes. I timed him. I pilot larger charter jets and we go all over the place and this is without question the worst support we get on a routine basis.
