May 13, 2026I made the mistake of stopping here for fuel after flying up the Hudson. They escorted me onto the ramp and asked how long I planned to stay. I said only long enough to fuel. When I went inside to pay, they told me I was being charged a $1,000 "special event" fee for spending 15 minutes on the ramp with a small, two-seat RV8 piston experimental. Then, to make matters worse, they gouged my wing while fueling the airplane. I'm still waiting for management to do something about the whole mess.

April 18, 2026Extremely disappointing customer service. When they get busy, they make you feel like you are just in the way. I reserved a ramp the day before arriving and explained that I planned to leave the following day around 1-2pm to stay ahead of convective weather. On departure morning, I stopped in just to confirm everything was still good, and they treated me like I was causing a problem. Really? I gave them plenty of notice and showed them every courtesy, yet they treated me like trash. I definitely won't make this mistake again.

January 15, 2026I also was at Million Air when "all hell broke loose" after the snowstorm. Yes, it was chaotic and frustrating, but I will state that the personnel never lost their cool (shoutout to Paola and Brizae). They stayed polite and helpful in the face of unbelievable pressure. My visit was not a success as we finally gave up hope of getting out and decided to postpone our departure until the next morning, but in the end I was not unhappy with my experience and would visit again.

June 2, 2026Really nice FBO with excellent amenities and Mercedes crew cars, though it’s a little pricey.

May 16, 2026Thankfully, I called ahead to find out what the fees would be for keeping my TBM there for 4 nights. SEVEN THOUSAND DOLLARS, NON-REFUNDABLE, just for a "reservation fee" to put your plane on the schedule. Then they pile on additional fees. What an absolute joke.

May 9, 2026Ramp service has gotten a lot better, with more experienced staff and ramp controllers added. We arrived this week in a twin diamond and were taken care of quickly and safely on the ramp. Highly recommend!

April 1, 2026A couple of weeks ahead of Christmas 2025: Awful service. The airplane sat parked a half mile away, covered with snow overnight. Nobody offered any help finding a broom to clear it off or even getting out to the plane. I would have gladly had it deiced early once the snow stopped, but instead burned 3-4 hours trying to make that happen. They kept telling me how "busy" they were, while I watched the line crew sit in the line office, wander around, or hide while using their cell phones. Even with the CAA discount, never again.

January 18, 2026Good amenities, very bad planning & arrangement. I phoned a day before I flew down & asked for a TANIS heater hookup for my Cirrus. Was guaranteed on the phone that there was not an issue. After arriving yesterday, the front desk just informs me that there were no hookups accessible. How could they be so disorganized? Ended paying thru the roof for keeping the plane in the hangar for a few hours. For the good amenities the FBO has, I wish the staff was better arranged.
