January 15, 2026I also was at Million Air when "all hell broke loose" after the snowstorm. Yes, it was chaotic and frustrating, but I will state that the personnel never lost their cool (shoutout to Paola and Brizae). They stayed polite and helpful in the face of unbelievable pressure. My visit was not a success as we finally gave up hope of getting out and decided to postpone our departure until the next morning, but in the end I was not unhappy with my experience and would visit again.

August 10, 2024Flew in today rental car was not the price they quoted. Fuel was almost double ours and they told me they would waive the facility fee of 40 bucks even if my fill up was less than the 20 gallon minimum. Some how they squeezed in 10 gallons and I only used 8? They did reduce the fee $30 . Lesson -Get the quote in writing The personnel were wonderful and the facility was fine. It was my first time flying in there for a dr apt. And the controllers were awesome and helpful

January 18, 2026Good amenities, very bad planning & arrangement. I phoned a day before I flew down & asked for a TANIS heater hookup for my Cirrus. Was guaranteed on the phone that there was not an issue. After arriving yesterday, the front desk just informs me that there were no hookups accessible. How could they be so disorganized? Ended paying thru the roof for keeping the plane in the hangar for a few hours. For the good amenities the FBO has, I wish the staff was better arranged.

December 14, 2025Avoid if possible even with inexpensive fuel, we arrived without a problem but it snowed and all hell broke loose. They would not pull our plane out to de ice because there was a queue. Sat there for 3 hours and watched a G600 sit in the deicing spot with no passengers in sight while we sat ready to depart. No one could get de iced and no one could move. They were very slow and disorganized with no plan of action. I'm sure they're fine in the summer but avoid in the winter.

October 3, 2025Have had good luck in the past but the last two visits have been awful. Super slow fueling and terrible customer service at the counter. The facility is great, just wish they would upgrade the service. We use them because of CAA pricing but it looks like it's time to go somewhere else.....

March 28, 2025The single engine piston King...well that's how I was treated at Million Air. Called the day before bc it was my first flight (with my family) into NYC area. Extremely courteous and helpful from the first call. Made a reservation but decided to leave a day early for weather. Lineman waiting on us when we arrived, FBO staff booked us a room at Sonesta for a discount, and gave us a valet ride to hotel. I'd rate 6 out of 5 stars. Everyone I spoke with was fantastic.
