March 2, 2026Traffic pattern gets very busy, so stay sharp on the radio. Captain's Table, the restaurant inside the FBO, is great. They're open daily from 7AM to 2PM.

October 6, 2025Many thanks to Steve at Western Plains Aviation, who quickly got me back in the air after an alternator failure in flight. it could have been a long weekend as the mechanics on the field are off on friday. But Steve (the shop owner) was in the office and was able to diagnose the issue, repair a broken connector, charge the battery and get me on my way fast. General Aviation at its finest.
