May 21, 2026Really top-notch visit at Signature. A few fees were waved when I bought fuel. It’s still expensive, but the location makes it worth it. The airspace was busy, though totally manageable if you’re accustomed to that. One thing: the ground controller, who also recorded the ATIS for my departure, could definitely use some elocution lessons...

September 18, 2025Very busy airport with lots of training flights. I departed at 8 AM on a Saturday morning and I was #8 for departure. Controllers do a fine job keeping things moving but you need to be on your game.

August 21, 2025Tower controllers often use local landmarks for heading guidance -- XXX hospital (there are several), COSCO, local lakes, Hwy 287. If unfamiliar, request a proper heading.
