August 1, 2025Drove to the FBO to check out Gunnison as an overnight spot before crossing the range. The two people behind the counter ignored my wife and me for a full 15 minutes. No exaggeration. When we walked in, one person looked up, made eye contact, and went back to the computer without a single word. There was one other pilot and they weren't assisting him either. We chatted with him, petted his dog, milled around, and we finally walked out...and will not be returning.

April 29, 2025Not a fine experience with the outrageous charges and the local personnel. County Manager, Richard, is good. AVFlight, to their credit, did a fine job of fixing the harm done locally. I do value their quick sensible reply to mend my situation. BTW, AvFlight does not own or manage the ramp, it is county owned.
