Mike, the airport manager, is awesome. He's personable, knowledgeable, and keeps the facilities tidy. Fuel is well priced. The courtesy car is clean and doesn't have the check engine light on, which is a rarity. Well done, Mike. Well done. We'll be back again.

Wonderful airport and experience. From chatting with Mike he's there most days except Sundays and he lent us a rental car for our overnight stay. Mike took over managing the airport from his father and even set up a fine campsite on the eastern side of the runway. Would be a nice place to have an overnight adventure come fall. Paonia was great! We picked peaches, got the dogs in the creek and had a good meal downtown. Funky little town; recommend Sweetgrass for a killer breakfast.

Landed during some cross country training and experienced a brief turbo charger problem. Mike, the airport manager, was right there ready to assist and brought a crew car if we needed it. Super helpful. Good place to fly into and beautiful country. We will be back just for fun and to get fuel. Fine prices. Thanks Mike!
