Go Rentals is simple to work with and always provides a clean car promptly. I've found myself seeking out Go Rentals when traveling now. Very recommend.

Cutter is not GA friendly. Go to the city terminal instead. When I fly the jet in, they are good. But I flew my little Centurion Turbo 210 in and she (12/10 at 10:30) gave me the cold shoulder. I'm 99% sure she waved me off. The day prior, I had messaged back and forth and Cutter offered to book a car for me. But once she realized I was in a small plane….no chance. The Cutter people pretty much stopped talking to me and motioned to the door for me to figure it all out on my own.

Based here for survey project, fine FBO, but very basic. Do not anticipate fast service although the first day we were present we were fueled right away, but since then the service has sort of dropped. Always some new person behind the counter being trained. They appear to cater to jet traffic very well, though. All in all a fine place to stop in route somewhere I guess, I give it a C+. YMMV

Today was my initial visit to the FBO. Everyone there was fantastic. Good culture and welcoming. I had some urgent business and utilized their conference room. Just a fine group of people willing to assist wherever possible. Highly recommend to stop here.

A superb FBO! Everyone I've talked to is truly the best. Very cordial and useful all the way around. Cannot suggest them enough.

Arrived in my Baron at dusk, marshalled in by 3 linemen. Very welcoming & fine people. Weekend trip where I decided to hangar my plane due to poor weather. Rental car was pulled up promptly for a quick departure. On Sunday, had plane fueled on the ramp waiting for my departure. Fuel was costly but they waived hangar fee with fuel purchase. Good experience, will definitely use again. Doug A.

Cutter is a very good FBO. I flew in with my single engine piston, three guys marshalled us to parking, two helped us unload and one got our rental car and brought it over. Inside cookies and coffee and a very friendly young lady running the counter. Their fuel price is a little high but they do have good service. Fuel as requested. They use GO Rentals for car rental now, they had okay rates as well. Keep up the fine work!

I have visited Cutter at GTU several times over the years. I arrived Sunday and no marshaller, unusual from prior visits. Quite empty ramp so I picked a spot and shutdown. Still no people to be seen. Went inside and counter person took my request for fuel. Note on door said they were closing early. A line guy appeared and towed my plane. We were going to be there only 4-5 hours and would depart after they were closed. Overall fine but not good, not the 5 star treatment that is the standard.

Really wonderful folks! It was my initial visit here and the woman at the desk literally stepped out the entrance to welcome us! The line personnel directed us in and promptly inquired how to assist. Refueling was quick! Afterward, as I inspected the plane, another line staff member came out to ask if he could be of service! Just a fine feeling generally! And warm chocolate chip cookies! I will certainly return!

Good people, finest crew car I have ever observed.
