Trident staff is superb!!! Second visit I've had here and they have taken fine care of me and my plane both times. I strongly suggest them anytime you're stopping in KESN!

I usually grab a bite at restaurant & have Trident top off my R-44. Always fine service. Recently came directly in to ramp late in day. Ryan saw blue smoke/noticed engine oil leak. He made several calls & set me up with crew car. With high winds, we tied down rotors & I showed him how to wheel it to hangar. They helped coordinate Helo evaluation & helped get it back to my home airport for service. Kudos to Ryan, Matt, Napoleon! Exceptional care & good service. Thanks. I’ll be back!

Friendly people but no idea what they are doing. Parking our MU2 with the wind blowing from the back. In an area we cannot turn. Not knowing how to open the fuel caps. Not knowing how to close the fuel caps. No idea how to hold the fuel hose. A bunch of non trained guys who are friendly but dangerously non trained to fuel a high performance airplane.

Very Fine Staff, simple to reach and big Ramp, Fuel Truck was there quickly, Good spot to stop and fuel during a training flight. Fine crew room to de-brief.

The personnel here is amazing. They assisted us secure a rental car when none were accessible through the standard avenues. When it was time to depart we spent a couple hours with the staff due to a ground hold at our destination and had a good time with them, which made the delay seem much shorter. The fuel is priced right and the facilities are fine. I have nothing negative to mention about this location, all positive for sure.

I called to get hanger rates and some guy named “Ryan” had no clue what I was asking and referred me to someone named “Napoleon” who did not answer the phone… Simply the first time I’ve called an FBO who had no clue about what they charge for services. Completely incompetent- can't wait for CAA elections.

I left a comment 8 months ago raving about this place and their service is SO good thought I would rave again! Came in this morning to have lunch with family and as always was greeted by a friendly face with A++ service and they were kind enough to loan me the crew car. This is the type of place that keeps GA alive and fun! Thanks guys for everything you do! Will keep returning.

These folks are superb, arrived for lunch and was met by all welcoming faces and fine hospitality and to finish it all off with good fuel costs…what more can you request, will return for sure! Thx guys!
