Good service and fine FBO. John was awesome. Called ahead, he marshaled us in and had the crew car ready. John even offered to bring it to the plane! No charge for the crew car and no fees because we purchased fuel. John suggested we visit Gays Deli and the food was good! Definitely a fine experience.

Good service at Easton Jet Center yesterday. Very cordial and helpful personnel. Fine amenities. They permitted us to utilize the crew automobile for supper over in St. Michael's. We shall return.

Fantastic stop for fuel. Quick service and the fbo building is awesome. Was not expecting all the cool decor and facilities but was a wonderful place with friendly folks throughout. Will be back!

Excellent service from Sterling! Treated our Mooney like a bizjet and put it in the warm hangar while we were at a meeting. Will definitely return, 5 star service.

Another PALS flight 1/10/2023. Same couple as in my last post here. A fine young man, Sterling, helped with fueling, arranged close parking for my passengers’ convenience, and assistance with their baggage for connecting PALS flight to Boston. Incredible service; highly recommend !

Very cordial assistance. Crew car is $3/mile you drive it. Perhaps check a different FBO if you desire a crew car.

Sorry to state, a dismal experience at Easton Jet. Nobody monitoring radio. Tried to communicate for 1/2 hour no reply. Passenger wanted a taxi called. No ramp agent to park plane. Very disorganized and unprofessional. No apology for the bad service. Not impressed this occasion.

This is one of the finest and most fascinating FBOs around. The facility is full of really neat furnishings and images, and the personnel is superb.

Referencing a previous comment on short notice, Jay at Easton Jet, had amazing initiative to find us a rental car where other FBO’s just said, it could not be done. The good experience continued after landing. Highly recommend Jay and will return to Easton Jet again and again and again.

Flew the second leg of a PALS flight 9/9/2022 with handoff at Easton Jet. The lineman who appeared to be the sole worker there was extremely kind and compassionate with my two PALS passengers, both of whom had mobility issues. Thank you for the superb service !
