September 5, 2024Diverted here for weather while a squall line was sitting in front of the airport, they fueled me up, towed my plane into one of the main hangars before the rain came in, and I got a hot meal at the restaurant. Was a phenomenal place to end up and I'm happy I got to stop here.

August 21, 2024I'm an instructor and did a long cross country trip with my student on August 19, 2024. The female worker behind the desk at Hawthorne had fine customer service abilities to include a smile on her face. Got a patty melt at the Hangar 54 Grill which is within walking distance of Hawthorne.

May 30, 2023GA is no longer permitted to park at the terminal to visit the restaurant—access is solely through the FBO and across the parking lot.
