What an exceptional FBO Hawthorne is had to make a quick journey to Eau Claire to get a computer screen fixed for our business. on short notice contacted the FBO A very pleasant lady Dorleen answered the phone. I told her of our situation and needed ground transportation just an hour or so she said she will make it happen. she tracked. Our flight knew exactly when we would arrive. The line crew was ready and waiting. The car was ready. Hawthorne is first class service in Eau Claire.

I stopped there for just about an hour at the start of July. Zero charges for ramp parking. Really nice to deal with.

Good service. Unfortunately the eatery is closed on Sundays so plan ahead for a weekend trip.

I always enjoy visiting this FBO. They are helpful and very accommodating. They will assist you any way they can!

Handling charges and minimum fuel amounts for Jet A is greater than typical. Fuel cost is 3rd-4th greatest in the state.

I've been here previously. Nothing has changed. They're still good. I was met on the ramp and my fuel order taken. We were provided the courtesy car for a quick run into town for dinner (although the on-field restaurant is very good). We got a brief glimpse of the FBO dog who we've met before. The line technician was efficient and friendly, and also conversant with my family. DA40
