Flew in for an overnight stay. I booked a rental car and hanger parking for the night. The rental car was double-booked and I ended up waiting 90 min for it. The next morning my plane still hadn't been towed to a hanger. They charged me the self service fuel price even though their service failed. General Aviation charges for bottled water and snacks too. I guessing a pay toilet is next. I will go back to Galaxy on my next trip to KCXO.

I enjoy working with General Aviation! I have been time building and have visited over 180 airports and different FBOs over the past 6 months. General is certainly among my top favorite. They are very attentive, the personnel is super friendly and helpful. I love walking in and being greeted just as friendly as if I stepped off a G5 or s Citation X even though I am rocking a C172. Their linemen are very efficient and responsive I will keep using Galaxy in the future and suggest you do the same.

Came in late at night. Called ahead and was told there was simple exit and were picked up by Lyft. On return I was very impressed by line guy looking around for the actual ground attach point. Simple in, simple out and nicely redone facility.

Came in here as it took over the Caa from galaxy. Will be voting for a return to galaxy. Ramp had debris on it, pieces of stone fod and a pen I was marshalled right over. Had sent 2 emails ahead requesting 140gal upload and the need for a crew car for up to 2 hours. Arrived to find no car (very busy airport with only 1 car!, no knowledge of my arrival, found my emails after arrival. People were apologetic, but this isn't what I would expect for a Caa fbo

Flew in for school next door, very welcoming, hospitable and good snacks :). Planes reloaded w fuel and ready to fly. I'm at hotel and have no worries my almost Honda Jet is in good hands ( 172 ) :)

Was surprised to see a $50 ramp fee for 2 hours in a single engine, Bonanza. Courteous line and counter staff and fine enough accommodations. That was unluckily balanced by a number of young foul-mouthed flight instructors relaxing in the facility. Not impressed.

Prices just went up a bunch. $50/night on the ramp/$80 in a hangar for a single.

General aviation services used to hangar our plane there at KCXO. One of their line techs accidentally harmed the inertial separator while towing in our sight. The owner of the FBO came out and said sorry and looked me in the eye shaking my hand saying he would fix it. After 3 months of bad contact and delay we decided to take it to a service center to have fixed. He said he did not remember the incident and that it never occurred. I advise you to use another FBO.
