Galaxy FBO at Conroe/North Houston Regional Pilot ReviewsOverall Rating:

June 17, 2026I’ve flown into KCXO two times over the past six months, once in a Citation and once in my PA32. We used the other FBO for CAA fuel with the Citation, and honestly there’s no comparison. Galaxy took exceptional care of us in the PA32, driving our rental car right out to meet us when we parked. Completely professional operation at the highest level, plus an excellent restaurant. As a 135 pilot, it’s no surprise to me why the QS tails are based here.

April 7, 2026Man, this is a big jet center that really knows how to make a Skylane pilot feel appreciated. I flew in for a meeting nearby and was planning to grab an Uber. The CSR said there was no need-they'd take me in the crew car for 2 hours, and if I wasn't back by then, it was just 30 an hour after that. I topped off the fuel, which was still affordable even with the crazy prices right now. Since I bought the fuel, they waived the fees and gave me a free lunch at the wonderful cafe on the 3rd floor overlooking the field. Galaxy made this little piston pilot feel valued and wanted!

February 18, 2026FYI: Self Serve pump is NOT at the Galaxy FBO; it's out on the west side of Rwy 01, along Taxiway F just after Taxiway D.

January 4, 2026I arrived and inquired for a top off and by the time I came down from black walnut, the front desk informed me that the plane was not filled, fortunately I got fuel before I departed my destination otherwise I would have incurred a delay getting airborne, black walnut was delicious though

June 3, 2026Really good service and a friendly crew. FYI, the self-service pumps are on the west side of the field, at the intersection of Taxiway F and D. The restaurant on the third floor is excellent.

April 29, 2026Spotlessly clean, with a friendly staff. They let us pull under the porte cochere, so the airplane could stay in the shade while we grabbed lunch. The Black Walnut Cafe upstairs is definitely one of the better airport restaurants I've visited.

February 25, 2026These guys come meet you out on the ramp, set the chocks, waive the fees if you eat at the really nice restaurant in the building, and they’ve got dog treats sitting in the lobby. Perfection!

November 20, 2025They have a talking vending machine in the pilot resting area. Wakes everybody up when someone uses it. Really?

November 12, 2025Just confirmed that overnight fee for Mooney is $43 AND $12 (waived with Cafe or Fuel purchase)! Guess I won't be landing in Cornhole!
