Flew in here for Thanksgiving. Very friendly personnel and fast service. Sensible fuel and hangar costs. Some strange situation occurring with the new FBO literally 20 feet north of Co-Mar... a gentleman at Ascend tried to marshall me into their spots after I landed even though I had already called and arranged for service and hangar space with Co-Mar (I suppose they had no way of knowing, but to just assume I needed marshalling to them was a bit off-putting). I will say that Co-Mar needs a crew car though.

Flew in on a busy Friday afternoon. Quickly Marshall within 10 minutes of arrival. Plane was fueled and positioned as requested when I came back. Everyone was friendly and helpful.

Flew in on a late night cross country with a friend. The line guy was super friendly and checked in on CTAF to ask if we needed fuel. We were marshaled in and filled up within 10 minutes of arriving.! Although it was late, we felt welcomed and even got some local recommendations. Will definitely be returning when I'm back in the area!

Part 1. Yesterday we experienced what all the other pilots are warning you of. If you hike 1/4 mile thru 2 huge ditches to eat you will not be charged a ramp fee. This is wild. Every other FBO has a car for pilots. Not this gem. :-(. When we departed our VIP drove thru the gate under the roof. They were greeted with a line guy yelling at them, "get out of here." You see another aircraft was on its way on the ramp. Unless you heard the radio you would not know this.

Called ahead a few weeks ago to schedule our stay. Upon arrival there was no marshaling service or any other service obtainable. One person in the AC behind the desk and no other employees in view. I anticipated a superior experience than what I got.

Flew to BWG from Dayton Ohio. Quite fine airfield. Nicely kept facilities. CoMar was very helpful in getting me situated on the their tie downs and had me fueled when i returned to head back home. Simple in and simple out. Buck P.

This is without question one of the finest and most welcoming FBO's in the nation. I've flown in and out of KBWG since 2015 visiting relatives and everyone I've ever dealt with here has customer service top of mind; from fueling to storing the plane, to keep it out of the elements, to giving you a ride to where you need to go, (and they know how to move/handle a plane too) these people are the best.

Still no courtesy car.,... I told them to check the comments on this app. It might alter their minds about not supplying a car for pilots. They stated they would never have a car for pilots. I told them, like, every other FBO has cars for pilots but them. :-(

Flew in from Nashville for a quick trip to the Corvette Museum. FBO states courtesy car. NO COURTESY CAR. They wouldn't take us in the shuttle also. No marshaling service. Had to guess / wait to figure out where to park plane. By far the least friendly FBO we've visited. We trudged thru a cemetery and large ditches to grab a quick bite to eat. 10 min walk. Service at Rafferty's was excellent. Worth the walk.

Part 2. I asked the line person if he would get the car. No reply. When we got home I had a harsh email from FBO to my company. I called FBO to tell them we did what line personnel instructed us. Then I suggested the woman at the FBO to read these remarks to grasp what the pilots are cautioning others about. This FBO is NOT professional. CAUTION!
