Every airport should have an FBO like this one! I taxied in with a DA40 and you would've thought I had just pulled up in a Gulfstream! Before we could shut the engine down, a very nice lady (who turned out to be one of the owners) came out to greet us. The FBO is in the former passenger terminal but is very cozy and well stocked with snacks and drinks. They have 3 nice crew cars and good fuel prices. I'd definitely recommend Ascend to anyone travelling to BWG. Truly an FBO by and for pilots.

A hidden gem. Stopped in for fuel and a quick turn in a 414 with 5 thirsty tanks - we were fueled before I had WX and notams updated and reviewed. Best fuel prices in the area, topped off by a very clean, neat, well run new facility - and with GOOD friendly and professional people. Ricky ( who's also a Pro Pilot and Vet , but is down to earth and doesn't bring it up) knows what we need and it's here. We WILL be back for a stay thanks to the TLC we get at Ascend. BRAVO ZULU!

Ascend Aviation is an excellent FBO owned AND attended by husband and wife duo Mr. Ricky and Mrs. Cissy. Ascend provides a level of customer service that has to be experienced to be believed. Before conducting a night cross-country flight to BWG, ETA 7:45 PM LCL, I reached out to Ascend day-of to ask if they could leave a courtesy car for us after hours. Mr. Ricky did one better and was at the building waiting to chock us upon our arrival, keys in hand. Stop by, you'll be glad you did.

Ascend Aviation has top notch service and staff. One of the best FBO I've ever visited. Cissy is the co owner and Tom (Thomas) is the front desk-lineman. Both are exceptionally good and very eager to help. You can feel the warmth of the southern hospitality. Cannot recommend them enough! Great folks. And yes they have the best courtesy limo-cars ever!

Ricky (a pilot and retired Navy Seal), and his wife Cissy are truly the nicest FBO owners I have ever met in my forty years plus of flying all around our country. You will not get better service anywhere else! I highly recommend them. I go out of my way to stop here. If you own a FBO or plan to start one, stop here for a lesson in how to run one.

Truly the most friendly FBO I have visited ever. Superb non-CAA pricing for JetA. Owner, also a pilot, and his amazing spouse assisted us and even helped to amuse our children during a quick turn. Thanks!

Ricky and his wife were so welcoming and friendly! They went above and beyond to assist us when we landed in Bowling Green. The facility was very fine and so clean. Complimentary drinks and snacks and a super nice Ford 150 as a courtesy car ready and waiting for us upon arrival. Highly recommend this FBO! Top notch!
