Awesome staff with really nice amenities, including the best complimentary snack selection of any FBO I've visited. You can tell the crew genuinely enjoys their work, and it is a great way to wrap up a flight. Definitely will be back!

Best FBO I've visited! The owners and staff are super friendly, prices are very fair, and there's lots of snacks for hungry pilots!

The owners are terrific! I phoned ahead, and they were waiting for me on the ramp with excellent service plus a crew car for the night. It’s tidy and comfortable-don’t be fooled by the fancy-looking place next door. I met some great local people in the lounge and found out we had friends in common. Definitely will be stopping back! A really great stop.

The owners were super welcoming and met us out on the ramp. We had a good chat, then they handed us a new crew car with a full tank so we could check out Lost River Cave (highly recommend it). Can't wait to come back!

Flew into Bowling Green KY two times over the past 2 weeks, and Ascend Aviation is a Top Notch FBO!!! Everybody there was super friendly and nice! Everything you've heard is true. This is easily the most welcoming FBO I've come across anywhere. Ricky offered us a crew car for the overnight trip to the hotel, then we could return it in the morning. If you're stopping in Bowling Green, this is a great FBO. I definitely recommend Ascend Aviation. They truly make single-engine aircraft pilots feel like they're arriving in an executive jet.

It’s all true. Every comment is legit and well deserved. The entire crew made me feel like I’d pulled in with a G7, even though I was in my PA28. FYI, they’ve got 3 crew cars.

The staff and management here are among the friendliest people we’ve run into at any FBO so far. Everything on the operations side went smoothly, and fuel was on the plane right after we arrived. The free amenities were excellent, and the courtesy cars-several were available-were some of the nicest and best kept we’ve ever been given.

Best FBO I’ve ever visited, with easily the friendliest staff. I’ll only be using this FBO from now on. The other FBO wouldn’t let a few military guys inside because the crew was buying fuel from Ascend. I understand that with regular customers, but these were young soldiers just riding in the helicopter.
