I just read Danielle's comments. It sounds like they're new to this. For future reference, don't message the airport manager at midnight and probably not a fine idea to try and camp out in the airport lobby. In the case of weather and long overnight delays, it's a good idea to call an Uber and get a hotel room a few miles away.
