November 20, 2025As of Sunday, Nov. 23, 2025, the Propeller Bar & Grill is apparently "PERMANENTLY CLOSED" as noted on Google, and the phone number (760) 767-7454 (Same as what is shown on Restaurant front door) has an automated recording and is NIS (Not In-Service). The restaurant facility is shuttered and looks non-operational!

September 20, 2025Stopped by 10/18/2025 and fuel island was working. A couple planes were operating in the aerobatics box. It seems the calm-wind runway is 08, but I landed 26 and nobody complained (I was the sole aircraft in the pattern). I did depart 08.

March 18, 2025Stopped in on a Saturday just for a lunch getaway and The Propeller was open! Good hot dogs, super friendly people. Jody, the bartender, is a wealth of information about the locale. Fine runway too.
