Skyport Aviation at Venice Municipal Pilot ReviewsOverall Rating:

Absolutely horrible FBO. We only wanted to walk in and buy a drink from the vending machine, and they said we'd be hit with a massive facility fee for it. Avoid this place at all costs.

Ever since SkyPort bought Suncoast the gas prices and fees are totally wild. It's now cheaper to get 100LL AND JETA from any other place in the area. Young pilot who flys 135 charter and lived here my whole life and it's quite upsetting to be bothered with higher prices than surrounding airports offering less service than them aswell.

Really good stop. Cordial personnel and fairly valued. Shall return!

Really disappointing. Charges for parking AND tie down, $30 total and never tied down the plane.

Fine visit, nearly. We dropped in to do a Sunset Sharky's run. Got the gate code because we were departing after they were to close. Sadly someone left a chain and padlock on the gate and the code was useless. Another couple had to jump the fence because they had a rental return deadline.

If you don't buy fuel, they charge either $15 or $20.

Stopped in for lunch in an SR22. Personnel was right there to greet me. Requested 20 gallons. No other charges applied beyond just the fuel. Cafe is directly connected to the FBO. Good experience all around.

Fine FBO with good service but have one complaint. The tie down fee is not waived if you buy fuel.

For piston it's $14 ramp fee. Waived if you eat at the cafe, food is good. If you arrive after hours you can park free as long as you depart same night. Flew my girlfriend to Sharky's sunset flight. The gate code is on the lock, take a picture. Recommend uber to Sharky's.

$15 one time handling charge, waived with 10 gallons. $15 a day tiedown for single engine propeller.
