Another good visit to the finest small airport in Wisconsin run by manager Ric, who is the absolute best. Extremely well kept runways, including a fine grass strip in the summer. I don't favor grass for my Lancair, but if the wind happens to be 20 kts across 09/27, it's a good option that I've used, and it's in fine shape. Having Cirrus yoda Jim on the field is a huge plus. While he's dedicated to Cirrus, he's helped me more than once with my Lancair when I needed it.

Good Wis. airport and Rick the manager is always welcoming. Good crew car and close to our favorite meat market in town known as Louie's.

I'm a broken record, but this is a wonderful small airport. Manager Ric is good; the Cirrus service center guys are good; I understand the CFII that trains folks is good. It's pretty much what small airports in the US of A ought to be.
